Australia Post has experienced a significant increase in demand as Victorians have increased their online buying due to stage 4 lockdowns. At the same time, its business has been required to make additional adjustments in its processing and deliveries workforce to comply with the State Government's COVID Safe restrictions.
Because of the continuing rise in parcel volumes, Australia Post, and other Carriers that we use, have had their ability to deliver impacted and this has resulted in increased delays.
You can expect an average delay of 3 days beyond the normal delivery times for your area.
